Remember the statement, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them”. Well this statement is true and applies to interviewees AND interviewers. If the interviewer is demanding, picky, cynical, or annoyed, MOVE ON!
Although you may appreciate their transparency and authenticity, you have to admit they were disrespectful and did not have your best interest in mind. You want longevity with clientele / supervisors who are kind and respectful.
Respect yourself and teach others how to treat you too.
